The programme currently offers three jargon free workshops run over two full days that will empower you with the skills to manage the day to day running of your enterprise.

Focusing Creativity. This one day workshop hones down to what drives you as a creative enterprise, your passion and mission; resulting in a realistic development plan and strategy. Date: 17th June 9.00am to 5.00pm

Creative Essentials. You have the strategy – now how do you market your enterprise? This morning session will give you the knowledge and tools to develop a plan to get your message out there.

Creative Confidence. Following on from the morning session this workshop builds on your ability to communicate the benefits of your creativity to customers and your audience. Date: 24th June

Mentor Support

We want to make sure you continue to get the support you need to thrive. Therefore following on from the June workshops we offer one to one creative specialist mentoring that will help you further develop your creative business and to link you into other support schemes that operate across the region.

How to apply:

To apply for Focusing Creativity support you must be:

• Based in Derbyshire and operate within the Creative Industries sector
• Have strong commercial objectives and be either operating or ready to start as a full time creative business
• Able to commit your time to the programme

All workshops are delivered by creative industry specialists.
